China Flags

China was divided into many provinces and areas in the past and had many flags for each. However since its unity there have been two major national flags. First in 1928 a flag was flown that is now used by Taiwan, also known as the Republic of China. This flag is red with a blue square in the top left hand corner. In the center of the square is a white sun. The flag that is officially flown in China is a red flag with one big yellow star in the left hand corner and four small yellow stars forming an arc on its right. This flag’s design was chosen out of 3,000 entries in a large competition. It was officially used in 1949 and is the flag we know today.

Our top-quality China flags conform to all official specifications. Emblems and designs are executed with the highest possible degree of accuracy in regard to detail, color shades, placement and proportion to flag size.

Ideal for indoor or outdoor display, our world flags are made of Nyl-Glo 100% heavyweight nylon, and specially treated to minimize deterioration due to sun, wind and rain.
