South Africa Flags

The South Africa flag was adopted officially on April 27, 1994 after Nelson Mandela was elected President. One of the newest flags in the world, the South African flag was created to celebrate a new democratic country and political transformation. The flag incorporates yellow, black and green, the colors of Nelson Mandela's political party. The colors blue and white are derived from the African National Congress and the Boer Republic flags. Mr. F. Brownell, South Africa's state herald, designed the flag. The flag incorporates former South African flags and colors.

Our top-quality South Africa flags conform to all official specifications. Emblems and designs are executed with the highest possible degree of accuracy in regard to detail, color shades, placement and proportion to flag size.

Ideal for indoor or outdoor display, our world flags are made of Nyl-Glo 100% heavyweight nylon, and specially treated to minimize deterioration due to sun, wind and rain.
