Tear Drop Pole Surface Mount

This rotating Tear Drop Flagpole base can be permanently mounted or can be temporarily held in place with the heavy-duty water donut. When filled, the water donut holds 2 1/4 gallons of water and weighs 18 1/2 pounds. This water donut will keep your teardrop flag spinning safely and securely in winds up to 5 MPH.This surface mount is for use with our Tear Drop Flagpole.
