 Easy to Assemble by One Person! 

 The 20 ft flagpole kit is in five sections that are all 2” in diameter and are swaged to fit together seamlessly without hardware. That means that one end of a section tapers slightly to fit inside the bottom of the next section. Just push and twist a little to fit them together and you will have a 20 ft aluminum flagpole! 

Screw the gold ball topper into the truck and attach it to the top section of the flagpole. 
Thread the braided nylon halyard through the pulley and tie it off, then add the nylon snap hooks as shown in the installation instructions to hang the flag.

Q: How do I attach the flag to the flagpole? 
A: The included 3’x5’ flag has grommets, which are the brass rings in the header designed for use with flag snap hooks, also included in the kit.  Just attach the snap hooks to the rope halyard as shown in the installation instructions and then clip them onto the top and bottom grommets on the flag. 

Q: Can I fly my flag at half-mast on this flagpole? 
A: Yes, this aluminum 20 ft flagpole kit easily allows for lowering a flag to half-staff when needed. Just unwind the end of your halyard from your cleat and pull the side that has the flag down until it sits halfway up your flagpole. Then wind the halyard around the cleat again to hold it at that position.
