I received a notice that if I sign up for your email list, I can get 10% off my order. I have another coupon code; can I use two coupon codes?

While you cannot use two coupon codes on the same order, you can use the best coupon code on items that are already marked down, which will really boost your savings!

Why have your shipping charges changed?

AmericanFlags.com has implemented a new Flat Rate Shipping program to help consumers get the most value for their money. If you ship to the contiguous 48 states, and your items or order are not oversized or overweight, your order will qualify for Flat Rate Shipping. Why am I getting charged a retail delivery fee?

Effective July 1, 2022, Colorado imposed a retail delivery fee on all deliveries by motor vehicle to a location in Colorado with at least one item of tangible personal property subject to state sales or use tax. This Retail Delivery Fee is added to all orders shipping to the state of Colorado and is not refundable.

Where are your products made?

We're proud to say that our US flags are made right here in the USA. We strive to offer a variety of products to meet all customer needs, which means some of our more novelty-style flags may be imported. You can easily identify American-made items by the "Made in USA" label in the product descriptions. If you have any questions or need clarification about any item, please reach out before placing your order. We're here to help and truly appreciate your support of our American-made flags!

How do I enter my Coupon – Discount – Promo Code?

  1. Once you have all your items in your cart and you are ready to place your order, click on your cart in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. A small pop-up box will show your items and a button for "Proceed to Checkout" and a link to "View and Edit Cart".
  2. If you choose to View and/or Edit your cart, click that link and you will be redirected to the Cart Page. There you will see on the bottom left of the cart the words, "Coupon Code" followed by a down arrow. Click there and a box will open up where you can either type your discount code or paste it after first copying it from your email. Then click the button next to that field called, "Apply Coupon". A green message will show on the bottom right of your screen saying that "You used coupon code XXX" Then click the green button for "Checkout" to see the discount and finish placing your order.
  3. If you chose to go directly to the Checkout page, on the right-hand side you will see the "Order Summary" which includes your items, the subtotal, space for shipping amount once selected, the Order Total, and the option to sign up for our newsletter. Below that you will see the words, "Apply Discount Code" followed by a down arrow right above the blue "Place Order" button. Click there and a box will open up where you can either type your discount code or paste it after first copying it from your email. Then click the button next to that field called, "Apply Discount". A green message will show on the bottom right of your screen saying that "Your coupon successfully applied". Once you have entered the code, the Order Summary will update with the discount amount.
  4. If you choose to remove an entered coupon code either in your Cart or in Checkout, click the field again and you will see a "Cancel Coupon" button where the Apply one was previously. A green message will appear on the bottom right of your screen saying that "You canceled the coupon code".
  5. You may only enter one coupon code per order. If you want to use a different one, you can remove the first one and put in the second code.

How do I see how much shipping will be?

  1. Add your items to the cart and then click on your cart in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. A small pop-up box will show your items and a button for "Proceed to Checkout" and a link to "View and Edit Cart".
  2. Skip down to the Address Validation Information section and enter your zip code. If you are not shipping to the United States, please change your Country first. As soon as your zip/postal code is entered, it will suggest to you a zip & city combination; click on the correct one and the fields for Zip Code, City, and State will automatically populate.
  3. Then go to the "Street Address" field and start typing your address, as soon as you start, you will see suggestions popping up. Keep typing until your correct address is suggested for you and then click on it.
  4. Once the street address is filled in, the Shipping Method area will have a spinning circle while it calculates the various shipping methods and their costs. Once they show, select the one that you wish to use.
  5. Once you have selected a shipping method, the Order Summary area will refresh to show you the item subtotal, shipping amount, any discount you added, and any taxes applied.
  6. If you are satisfied with the shipping amount, go back and enter all the other required information to place your order; such as your email address, name, phone number, and any discount code that you may have.
