Can I cancel an order once I've placed it?
Sorry, you cannot. That's because order processing starts the minute you confirm your order and an electronic notice is sent to one of our many warehouses where your order is picked, packed, checked twice and shipped. Our customers appreciate our fast shipping times and this is only possible if the shipping process starts immediately.

I received a notice that if I sign up for your email list, I can get 10% off my order. I have another coupon code; can I use two coupon codes?
While you cannot use two coupon codes on the same order, you can use the best coupon code on items that are already marked down, which will really boost your savings!

What's the difference between Expedited and Standard shipping?
Expedited shipping is a 3-5 business day transit time and standard is 5-7 business day transit time. This is after our processing time.

Your shipping charges seem high; how come?
All the major carriers, including USPS, UPS and FedEx have steadily increased their rates and they usually do so twice per year. Shipping costs are based on your delivery address, weight and dimensions of the items you ordered. We give you choice of Expedited or Standard shipping speeds so that you can choose the best option before finalizing your order.
