Tax Exempt Policy

1. Please create an account at our website www.AmericanFlags.com.  You can find the “Login” button on the top right of our pages.
2. Send us your Tax Exempt form via email at customercare@americanflags.com or fax it to 631-750-9472      
3. We will process the exempt request and notify you when you can log in and place the exempt orders yourself with a credit card.

We currently collect Sales Tax where applicable based on product, laws and State Sales Tax Thresholds.

This list is subject to change at any time as Sales Tax Threshold laws take effect.
