Shipping Information

Our primary goal at is to get your merchandise to you as safely and quickly as possible.
Listed below is some basic information about our shipping policies:
Orders generally ship within 48-72 hours, though some items may take longer, especially during peak times like Memorial Day, Flag Day, July 4th, Veteran's Day and Christmas. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and we offer you the option of selecting a preferred shipping speed. Your shipping selection does not impact how quickly your order leaves our warehouse, but instead, the actual time your order is likely to be transit.
Types of Shipping Available We offer Expedited which is 3-5 business day transit time and Standard which is 5-7 business day transit time after processing.
We generally use USPS and UPS and will select a carrier based on the shipping option you selected, your location, and the items you ordered. Our goal is the fastest, safest and most efficient delivery of your items. We never add handling fees to your shipping costs and are passing on exactly what the carrier charges us to ship your package to you, which varies based on what you buy and where you live.
We can't be responsible for shipping delays once your package has left our warehouse. We happily ship to APO addresses and to most countries outside the United States.
Our large flagpoles (20' and up) as well as certain wall-mounted and roof flagpoles ship via private trucking/freight companies. If you are interested in purchasing a large flagpole from us, please call or email us for an estimated shipping charge. Let us know the following: which model flagpole you'd like; zip code of destination; and whether the delivery address is a residential or commercial location. We'll give you a quote right away and process your order promptly. If you don't contact us before placing your order online, we'll email you a shipping quote to approve before we ship.

We can usually do it! On the last page of our online order form, just before you submit your order, you will see an area for “Special Instructions” where you can indicate a “must-have by date.” If any additional charges apply, we'll give you a call or shoot you an email to get your approval.

Order Confirmation and Order Receipts An order confirmation and receipt are e-mail to you shortly after you place your order. Please be aware some “spam blockers” block these receipts.
