Listed below is some basic information about our shipping policies:
AmericanFlags.com has implemented a new Flat Rate Shipping program to help consumers get the most value for their money. If you ship to the contiguous 48 states, and your items or order are not oversized or overweight, your order will qualify for Flat Rate Shipping.

If your item is over 60” in length, it will be marked oversized and you will not qualify for Flat Rate Shipping. 

If your item is over 50 lbs., it will be marked overweight and you will not qualify for Flat Rate Shipping. 

If you are shipping to AK, HI, PR, VI, GU, AS, MP, FM, you will not qualify for Flat Rate Shipping. 

Large flagpoles (20’+, non-telescoping or sectional) will use Motor Freight or LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. They will not be able to ship outside of the 48 contiguous United States.  

If you are shipping to another country, then International Shipping is available.



In normal circumstances, orders for standard stock items placed before the 3:00pm EST cut-off will ship the same day. We can't be responsible for shipping delays once your package has left our warehouse. We happily ship to APO addresses and to most countries outside the United States.
Shipping Methods:

  • Our standard, stock products are usually shipped by USPS, UPS and FedEx
  • Oversize products such as larger flagpoles are usually shipped via motor freight. Motor freight will typically take one to two weeks for delivery
  • All estimated days for delivery are based on business days or weekdays, not including weekends. If an order is placed before the 3:00 p.m. EST cut-off on Friday and Next Day Air is selected, the item will arrive on the following business day which is Monday
Order Process Scheduling

AmericanFlags.com processes and ships orders Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, except on holidays when our office is closed. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day when our warehouse reopens.
